Honey Glazed Salmon
A delicious pan-seared salmon with a sweet and savory honey glaze.
Ingredients
- •4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- •3 tbsp honey
- •2 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- •Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 2Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4Sear salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes until golden.
- 5Flip salmon and pour glaze over the top.
- 6Cook for 4-5 more minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- 7Serve immediately with extra glaze drizzled on top.
